File lists and trees

Some action buttons open either a file list or a file tree. File lists should be sufficient for most purposes, offering sorting and preview options. Alternatively, you can use a file list as a single document, with file previews acting as pseudo-blocks or sections.

File trees enable an even more sophisticated structure.

Long-press a tree or list item to edit it, or tap the “reorder mode” button and move items using a long press and drag gesture.
